Western Components offers products for motion control with emphasis on linear motion and stepper motors. Linear Components feature the standard ball rails, ball screws in standard and wide rails and standard and wide miniature ball rails.

Our products focus on small slides for medical and biotech applications and medium to heavy duty slides for automation. We provide a wide range of belt and ball screw driven slides. Belt slides for rapid motion and ball screw/lead screw slides for accuracy and low cost.

Our integrated motors with built in controllers, drivers and encoders are low cost and easy to use software provides quick automation control systems with motors up to NEMA size 23 triple stack motors with current up to 3 amps and voltage up to 48 volts. We offer a single axis servo system with a 6 amp controller or multiaxis systems with 3 amp drivers and motors.

Our table top gantry systems are easy to program for dispensing, cutting, gluing, etc starting with work areas of 10"x12" and going up to 47"x49". The T slot table top with mechanical and pneumatic clamps provide versatile gripping systems that are easy to use.
